Ajay Singh

Ajay Singh has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. Ajay started their career in 2005 as an Assistant Manager at Associated Broadcasting Co. Pvt Ltd (TV9) and later worked as an Area Manager at Bennett Coleman and Co. Ltd. (Times Group) in 2006. In 2007, they joined Vertex Homes Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Manager in Marketing Communication and later served as an AGM in Sales & Marketing. From 2015 to 2018, they worked at BSCPL Infrastructure Limited as a GM, handling marketing, sales, and CRM functions. Ajay then joined Shriram Properties Ltd in 2019 as an Assistant Vice President in Sales and achieved the revenue target of Rs. 750+ crore. Currently, Ajay is at Century Real Estate Holdings Pvt Ltd, where they have taken on various leadership roles, including AVP in Sales, VP in Sales & Sourcing, and now serves as the Senior Vice President in Sales & Sourcing and Business Head for Investay Realty. In these roles, they have spearheaded sales and sourcing efforts for residential and commercial portfolios, driven business development, managed revenue, and mentored teams.

Ajay Singh has a diverse educational background. Ajay completed a Masters in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from Bharati Vidyapeeth in 2003. In 2010, they obtained a certification in "Basics of Finance for Non-Finance Executive" from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. In 2014, Ajay earned a Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing from the Digital Marketing Institute. In 2016, they became Adwords certified by Google, further extending their knowledge in digital marketing. Additionally, Ajay holds an Adwords Certified certification, although the institution and the year of completion are unknown.
