Mr. Mahesh Prabhu has had successful stints with Price Waterhouse Coopers and Hewlett Packard before joining Century Real Estate in the year 2004. He has considerable experience in the Indian Capital Markets and has also managed his own broking advisory company.
Mahesh holds a Masters Degree in Commerce and National Certification in Financial Markets. He currently oversees all financial aspects of the Company including investor relations and project specific capital and accounting needs.
In this position, he has been instrumental in closing debt and equity transactions of over USD 300mn for large scale projects undertaken by the Company.
