Curphy Smith

Curphy Smith is currently the CEO/Owner of ACS Executives, a company that provides executive leadership, consulting, processes, training, and digital marketing services to businesses. In addition, Curphy is also the host, writer, director, and producer of the #BIZ with the Beard Podcast, a podcast that provides unconventional and edgy business content. With an extensive background in commercial banking, small business banking, and financial operations, Curphy also holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Eastern Illinois University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
