Principal Scientist - Computational Biology & Data Science at Century Therapeutics

Matthew Hall has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Matthew started their career as an R&D Engineer at Siemens Healthineers in 2010 before joining Unilever as a Research Scientist in 2014. In 2010, they also began their Graduate Research Assistant position at Cornell University, where they focused on studying the interaction of cancer cells with their microenvironment and received recognition for their teaching assistant role. Matthew then pursued a Postdoctoral Researcher position at the University of Michigan Biomedical Engineering department, where they worked on two NK cell immuno-oncology projects and received a National Research Service Award Fellowship. Matthew further progressed to the role of Scientist II - Preclinical Immunology at Universal Cells, an Astellas Company, where they contributed to improving iPSC-derived CAR-NK cell therapy candidates. Currently, Matthew is working at Century Therapeutics, Inc as a Senior Scientist in Computational Biology & Data Science, utilizing their expertise to support the company's CAR-T and CAR-NK cell therapy programs.

Matthew Hall received their Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Engineering from Cornell University in 2010. Matthew then pursued further education at the same institution and completed their Doctor of Philosophy in Biological Engineering in 2016.
