Martin Robertson is an experienced Facilities Manager currently overseeing a luxury 42-story condominium in Brooklyn with over 300 residential and four commercial units since January 2021. In addition to management duties, Martin is an instructor with Building Service 32BJ Benefit Funds, teaching union workers skills for BPI certification and courses on Building Code and Material Safety Data. Prior experience includes Facilities Manager roles at Strivers Gardens Condominium and a property management consultant at HHM Services, where Martin significantly increased company revenues. Earlier work as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Trojan Battery Company involved ensuring product integrity. Martin holds degrees from The City College of New York, Georgia State University, and Morehouse College.
