James Cozart has a diverse work experience in sales and leadership roles. James started their career in 2001 at Cenveo, where they served as the Vice President/General Manager Northeast Region. During their tenure, they established the Northeast Region, managing $45 million in revenue and 210 employees. James also increased gross profit and reduced SG&A expenses.
From 2004 to 2005, Cozart held various positions at Cenveo, including Vice President Sales, Marketing, and Technology, Sr VP of Sales North Region/General Manager, and Director of Marketing. In these roles, they were responsible for managing multimillion-dollar revenues, designing marketing and sales support programs, and overseeing budgets and staff.
Following their time at Cenveo, Cozart joined Lauren Innovations/Innerlink, Inc as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing. James managed sales teams and operations to drive business and revenue growth for sustainable health interventions and safety programs for K-12 schools. James spearheaded rebranding efforts to expand market penetration.
From 2010 to 2011, Cozart worked as a Senior Regional Manager at Tension Envelope Corporation. James led sales teams, achieved significant sales growth, and managed business growth, marketing, and territory management.
Next, Cozart served as the Vice President Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service at 48hourprint.com. James oversaw partnership acquisition and management, sales strategy, revenue growth initiatives, and marketing campaign management.
Currently, Cozart is the Vice President of Sales – Southeast Region at Cenveo. In this role, they are responsible for leading a cross-functional sales team, executing superior sales consultations, and providing leadership coaching. James has consistently achieved positive sales results over the past three years, finishing in the black for the fiscal years.
James Cozart has a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. James also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Southern Arkansas University.
