Christopher Larkins has over 20 years of experience in executive leadership roles in various industries. Christopher began their career in 1997 as President of NewBasis, where they were responsible for exclusive supplier of splicing and enclosure products to AT&T and other leading US and international utilities. Christopher then held the role of VP International Operations and Director International Operations from 1997 to 2000. In 2000, they became a Visiting Lecturer of Comparative Constitutional Law at UC Irvine. In 2008, they took on the role of Managing Partner at Penwal Industries Inc and Interim President & CEO at Starving Students Movers Inc. From 2011 to 2016, they were President and COO of Prime Communications, the largest privately-held AT&T Authorized Retail Chain. Since 2016, they have been a Senior Partner at CEO Coaching International, the leading coaching firm for growth-focused CEOs. Additionally, they have held various roles with YPO since 2007, including YPO Regional Chair - Pacific US Gold, YPO Member - Orange County Gold Chapter, Regional Board Member and Area Officer, Network Learning Officer - YPO Leadership Development Network, Founding Board Member - YPO GOLD Orange County, and Chairman & President - YPO Orange County Chapter.

Christopher Larkins obtained their B.A. in Political Science and Government from UC Irvine between 1989 and 1993. Christopher then went on to pursue a M.A. in Public Law at the University of Southern California between 1993 and 1995. In June 1998, they completed their Ph.D. in Public Law from the University of Southern California.
