Don Schiavone has a long and successful career in business operations and management. Don began their career in 1991 as a Senior Engineer for the Research and Development Group at Westinghouse Electric Corporation. In 1997, they joined Mitchell Madison Group as a Senior Consultant, where they developed solutions to enterprise-level business and technology issues. In 1999, they became the Vice President of Professional Services at Granitar, Inc., where they managed the growth of the professional services division from 60 to over 200 consultants. In 2003, they co-founded Sagebridge Solutions, LLC, where they managed two to five simultaneous web development projects and grew the customer base to over 200 clients. In 2007, they became the Senior Program Manager at Copyright Clearance Center, where they provided leadership and management of the largest multi-year technology program in the company’s history. In 2008, they became the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Grasshopper, where they took over day-to-day operations of the company, hired a management team, and drove double digit YoY growth with over $30 million in revenue. This resulted in an acquisition by Citrix at a valuation of over $170 million. In 2015, they joined YayPay Inc. as a Member of the Board of Advisors. Finally, in 2016, they became the Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director of CEO Coaching International.
Don Schiavone obtained their Bachelor of Science in Electrical & Computer Engineering from Clarkson University between 1987 and 1991. Don then went on to earn their MBA in Finance & Strategic Management from The Wharton School in 1997.
