Kalin S. Foster

Kalin S. Foster has a long and varied career in sales and operations. In 2022, they began working as the Vice President of CEO Coaching International, the leading coaching firm for growth-focused CEOs, executive teams, and entrepreneurs. In 2020, they became the Managing Director of Collective 54, a private invite-only executive community for CEOs, Founders, Owners and Partners of professional service firms focused on growing, scaling, and someday exiting their firms. From 2011 to 2020, they held various roles at World 50, Inc., including Director, Membership Development, Manager, Membership Development (Inside Sales & Operations), Manager, Membership Development (Lead Generation), Senior Membership Development Associate, and Membership Development Coordinator. In 2010, they worked as the Sales Operations Analyst for Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management, and as the Inside Sales Manager for Dart Chart Systems, managing a high performing summer inside sales team that surpassed sales goals of medical software sold to long term care facilities.

Kalin S. Foster attended Kennesaw State University from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance. Kalin S. then attended Zhengzhou University in 2012 to study International Business.
