Currently, Matt serves as a Partner at CEO Coaching International, specializing in coaching growth-focused CEOs and entrepreneurs. As a Board Member at ThirdIron, LLC, Matt contributes to enhancing access to information technologies. Previously, Matt was the CEO/President of LabArchives, steering the company's strategic direction and overseeing its successful acquisition by Dotmatics. Matt has also held leadership roles such as President of Data-Planet, Co-Founder of RefWorks, and President of ProQuest/CSA, where significant growth and profitability were achieved under Matt's leadership.
