Randy Dewey

Randy Dewey has held a variety of executive roles in the corporate world. In 2003, they were the Vice-President of Sales & Marketing and Operations at ArcelorMittal Dofasco, where they successfully restructured the company through Chapter 11 and took EBITDA from negative 8 figures to positive 8 figures in a 30 month period. In 2005, they founded and served as President & CEO of The Navistone Group, a consulting firm offering global business experience and executive leadership. In 2007, they were the Interim CEO & Corporate Director at Artistic Innovations. From 2008 to 2010, they were the Executive Vice-President & Corporate Director at Jameson Bank, where they led the bank through the worst financial crisis in banking in the modern era. In 2010, they were the Vice Chairman of the Board at Galtronics Corporation Ltd. and in 2011, they were the Vice Chairman of B.Y. Medimor Ltd. From 2010 to 2015, they were the President, CEO & Board of Directors of Baylin Technologies, where they ran all operations and maintained full P&L responsibility for the company and its subsidiaries. In 2021, they founded LIFT Leadership, and in 2022, they became a Partner at CEO Coaching International.

Randy Dewey completed their Industrial Technology degree from Lambton College between 1986 and 1991, majoring in Environmental Engineering Technology. Randy then attended Baker College from 1997 to 1999, where they earned their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Finance, General. From 2009 to 2012, Randy attended Baker College again, this time obtaining their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting and Finance. In 2013, Randy completed their Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) degree from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
