Randy Koch has been working in the business world since 1993, when they began their career as a Director of Management Consulting at Price Waterhouse. Randy then moved to Unisys in 2001, where they founded the supply chain security and analytics practice and grew it from $0 to 8-digit revenue in two years. In 2005, they became President of a GE business unit, and in 2010 they became President of EMS, where they grew revenue by 20x over three years. From 2013-2020, they were the CEO of Facteus (formerly ARM Insight, Inc.), where they led the company through its largest and most profitable growth period. Currently, they are a Partner at CEO Coaching International, where they help CEOs and their teams perform at their best and achieve their business goals.
Randy Koch attended Cornell University from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.
