MacLean has a significant background in private equity and consulting, complemented by directorial roles such as Chair of the Board at Prince Rupert Port Authority and Executive Vice President & General Manager at Taymor Industries, as well as a Vice President position at BC Rail. Educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Ivey Business School and diplomas in Structural Steel Fitting and Business Administration.
