Pierre Florian is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in executive roles across various industries. Currently serving as CEO Board Chair at the CEO Resource Board, Pierre facilitates confidential sessions that empower business leaders to achieve success. As a Corporate Franchise Business Consultant at Coverall Health-Based Cleaning System, strategies have been developed to enhance franchise performance and customer retention. In prior roles, Pierre contributed significantly to the Ministry of Internal Security of Peru by improving onboarding processes, and successfully revitalized the Human Resources department at Verisure Technological Security.
