Hein J.m. Knaapen

Hein J.M. Knaapen is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and governance roles across various sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner for Europe at CEO.works since January 2020, Knaapen also holds a position on the supervisory board of Coca-Cola European Partners, where responsibilities include overseeing commercial and manufacturing activities in the Netherlands with a focus on people management and organizational effectiveness. Previous roles include Chief HR Officer at ING and chairman of the civil service senior selection committee for the Dutch Government. Knaapen has contributed to several supervisory and advisory boards, including LTP Business Psychologists, Dutch Touring Opera, and Stichting Talent naar de Top, emphasizing skills in labor relations and management. Knaapen holds multiple degrees in Psychology, Economics, and Law from Tilburg University.
