Gaynor Mather

Gaynor Mather is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the transport sector. Currently serving as Director/Partner at CEPA since October 2011 and as Owner of Mather Hill Consulting Ltd since June 2011, Gaynor Mather previously held the position of Director at the Office of the PPP Arbiter, where strategic guidance was developed from June 2003 to October 2010. Prior to this, Gaynor Mather worked at London Underground, first as General Manager for PPP from October 1998 to May 2003, contributing to the development of the Underground PPP structure and managing project logistics. Earlier roles at London Underground included positions in the Executive Development Programme and as Passenger Surveys Manager, focusing on customer requirements and operational research. Gaynor Mather holds a degree in Business Studies from the City of London Polytechnic, graduating in 1993.
