Jack Kemp is an experienced economist currently working at CEPA Ltd since October 2023. Previous experience includes a summer position at the Institute For Fiscal Studies in 2022, focusing on pension saving inequalities by ethnicity and the effects of Automatic Enrolment in the UK. A participant in the Undergraduate Research Support Scheme at the University of Warwick in 2021, Jack contributed to research on healthcare access and environmental justice. Earlier roles also include Sports Operations Assistant at the University of Warwick and a brief stint with HSBC's Retail Banking and Wealth Management Programme. Jack holds a Master of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Warwick, following A-Levels at Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School in Faversham.

We work with both private and public-sector clients on issues where economics, finance and public policy overlap. CEPA was established in 2001. Today, our principal office is in London, and we have recently established a branch office in Sydney. In addition to serving our clients, CEPA engages and contributes to ongoing policy-focused debate at seminars and conferences, both domestically and internationally.
