John Czech is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Lab/Quality Manager and Director of Quality and Production at Cephasonics Ultrasound. With extensive experience in the medical device industry, they have held roles at Medtronic, including Supplier Quality - Component Engineering and Reliability Engineering Technician, where they significantly contributed to compliance and quality improvements. Prior to their work in medical devices, John was the owner and manager of North Central VCR Repair, where they oversaw operations and developed vendor relationships. Educated with a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from World College and an Electronics Technician Certificate from the Cleveland Institute of Electronics, John also dedicates their time as a Scoutmaster, helping youth achieve leadership skills and personal growth.
