Charles Bydlon

Charles Bydlon possesses extensive experience in service engineering and management within the medical device and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Regional Service Manager for Cepheid since September 2015, Charles oversees onsite repairs, upgrades, and installations while also providing customer support and training. Previous roles include Technical Service Engineer at Hologic and Field Service Engineer at Cytyc, focusing on service repairs and customer education. Charles began a technical career in the US Navy, specializing in the maintenance of advanced electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems for nuclear weapons. Academic qualifications include an upcoming Master of Fine Arts in Diversity Leadership from the University of St. Thomas, a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, and an AAS in Electronics from Dunwoody College of Technology.
