Kate Lam, P.M.P., serves as Senior Director of Program Management-Operations at Cepheid since 2018, having previously held multiple leadership roles in program management, operations, manufacturing, and engineering. Kate initiated the Project Management Office at Theranos and led significant product development efforts, including planning and training in regulated medical device environments. Before that, Kate spent nearly a decade at BD, launching over 80 reagent system products worldwide and managing cross-functional teams through various product life cycle stages.
