Nathalie Bouillon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer care and project management within the EMEA region. Since October 2016, Nathalie has served as the Customer Care Operations Program Manager at Cepheid, focusing on the management and implementation of operations programs and projects for customer care. Prior to this role, Nathalie held various positions at Erie Europe from June 2005 to July 2015, including Project Manager and Commercial Export/Area Manager, as well as a Supply Chain Manager. Nathalie's career began at Wenex SA, where a strong foundation in import-export operations was developed from June 1996 to September 2004. Academically, Nathalie holds a Master 2 degree in Foreign Languages and Applied Economics from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne, and a Master 1 degree in International Trade from the same institution, along with a BTS in International Trade from Cachan.
