Wasiu Ashiru

Wasiu Ashiru, MBA, currently serves as Senior Director of Maintenance and Process Engineering at Cepheid, a position held since August 2021, following a previous role as Director in the same field. Prior to joining Cepheid, Wasiu worked as Senior Manager of Manufacturing Engineering - North Americas at HP Hood LLC for a brief period in 2021. From May 2017 to March 2021, a role as Senior Consultant in Global Manufacturing Engineering at EY was held. Previous experience includes serving as Manager of Maintenance and Projects at Medline Industries, Inc. and fulfilling various engineering roles at Procter & Gamble, including Engineering Manager and Reliability Engineering Manager. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of West Georgia, along with a Bachelor's of Technology in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Africa and a Higher National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Polytechnic, Ibadan.
