Paul Bleus is an accomplished R&D Director at CE+T, leading an international team in Benelux, India, China, and the USA since April 1997. Paul specializes in innovative energy converter topologies such as inverters, UPS, and DC2DC & AC2AC systems, and has deposited several patents over the last decade related to new energy converters. Previously, Paul has been involved in academia as a lecturer at Université de Liège from February 2007 to June 2013, teaching Power Electronics Design & Implementation to graduate engineers. Prior experience includes roles as a Project Leader for Power Electronics applications at ABB Benelux and as a Design Engineer at Alstom Transport Belgium, focusing on cyclo-converters and ultra-high-speed breakers. Educational qualifications comprise an Engineering degree in Electronics from the University of Liège and secondary scientific studies.
