Yujie Zhang

Yujie Zhang is a Software Engineer currently employed at Cepton since May 2023, focusing on embedded software development. Prior experience includes serving as a Teaching Assistant for DSCI510 at the University of Southern California, where collaboration with professors and coaching over 150 graduate students took place. Yujie also worked as a Software Engineer at Pinterest, developing an Image Sticker feature for the Android app, and at Shanghai Urban-Construction Information Technology, where contributions included launching 3D WebGL platforms and enhancing the Cesium framework. Earlier experience includes web development for CityDNA Technology Co., Ltd, creating a reusable online survey system. Yujie holds a Master’s degree in Data Science from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's degree in Geographic Information Science from Beijing Normal University, with additional coursework at the University of California, Berkeley.
