Kartheek Sanka is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in Customer Success and Technical Support. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Cequence Security since September 2021, Kartheek has held various roles including Customer Success Lead - APAC and Senior Support Engineer. Prior to this, Kartheek was with MobileIron from December 2015 to August 2021, excelling as a Senior Solutions Engineer with expertise in Mobile Device Management (MDM) products, troubleshooting, and technical writing. Previous roles included Technical Support Analyst at Redcentric and Technical Support Executive at HCI Solutions, where Kartheek provided frontline support for IT issues. Kartheek's education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University and SACET, Chirala, Andhra Pradesh, India.
