Catherine Richardson

Catherine Richardson is an accomplished operations professional with extensive experience in the health and social care sector. Since April 2023, Catherine has served as the Regional Operations Manager at Cera. Prior roles include Operations Manager at City & County Healthcare Group, where a national secondment involved leading the Noble Live-in service, along with responsibilities as Regional Manager supporting Domiciliary and Extra Services in the North East and Cumbria. Prior to that, Catherine held the position of Regional Director at Human Support Group, overseeing Registered Managers in the North East of England, and served as Director of Operations for Complex Care at Care Visions Group, where Catherine was a nominated individual with the CQC. Catherine's career began as a Care Coordinator at Southern Cross Healthcare.
