Duncan Moffett

Duncan Moffett serves as the UK M&A Director at Emeria since January 2024, contributing to Europe's largest residential real estate and services provider. Previously, Moffett held the position of Partner and Head of M&A at Montreux Capital Management from May 2016 to December 2022, focusing on due diligence, financial analysis, and industry research. Moffett also served as Treasurer and Board Trustee at Twins Trust between January 2017 and November 2022, overseeing financial responsibilities. Earlier career experiences include roles at the Royal Bank of Scotland, where Moffett was involved in client management and decision support, and Merrill Lynch as a Debt Financial Control Associate. Moffett began the professional journey at EY as an Audit Associate, earning a Master's Degree in Chartered Accountancy from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography from Durham University.
