Matt Ashley

Matt Ashley serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Cera, Europe's largest digital-first home healthcare provider, since April 2024. In addition, Matt holds a position as a Non Executive Director at Robert Walters from January 2022. Previously, Matt was the Chief Financial Officer at Micro Focus from July 2021 to March 2023 and at William Hill from April 2020 to June 2021. Matt also served as the Group Business Development Director at National Express Group PLC from September 2019 to March 2020. Academic qualifications include a degree in Advanced Strategic Management from IMD and an undergraduate degree from the University of Leeds, obtained between 1992 and 1995.
