James Banks

James Banks has over 35 years of experience in the engineering and project management industry. James started their career in 1983 as a Process Engineer at Control Fluidics. In 1986, they moved to Sartorius Corporation as a Senior Applications Engineer. In 1990, they joined IonPure / US Filter as a Sales Engineer / Senior Applications Specialist. In 1996, they became the Regional Engineering Manager at KSI Services / Biokinetics, where they managed a multi-disciplined engineering team. In 2000, they co-founded Integrated Process Technologies, Inc. and served as President, Owner, and Co-Founder. During their time there, they grew the business from 2 to 20+ engineers and project managers and acquired Rentec, Inc. in 2005. In 2013, they joined LEWA Process Technologies, Inc. as CEO/CTO, where they were responsible for transitioning IPT into the LEWA/Nikkiso family of companies and established and managed budgets and technical efforts to develop standard products.

James Banks obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maine between 1978 and 1983.
