Production and Operations

The Production and Operations team at Ceramiche Marca Corona is responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process of ceramic flooring and wall tiles. This includes managing production departments, operating presses and kilns, ensuring safety and environmental standards, planning logistics and demand for manufacturing, and handling material transport within the facility.
