Claudia Zeus possesses extensive experience in customer service and sales excellence, currently serving as the Director of Sales Excellence and Director of Customer Service und Service Excellence at CeramTec since September 2018. Prior to this role, Claudia held the position of Senior Manager Customer Service at the same company. From September 2010 to August 2018, Claudia worked as a Customer Service Manager at Rogers Germany GmbH. Earlier experience includes a role in photovoltaic systems sales at SES 21 AG from October 2008 to June 2010, and as a sales assistant in electronics at Ceramtec AG from February 2001 to September 2008.
