Roberta Laddaga

Roberta Laddaga is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as CFO at Cerba HealthCare Italia since January 2024, Laddaga previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Save The Duck. Laddaga's earlier experience includes Finance Director Europe at Central Group Europe and Head of Financial Planning & Control Europe at Autogrill Europe S.p.A. Laddaga's career at Autogrill, spanning from 2005 to 2021, included various strategic roles such as Group Strategy and M&A Manager, where responsibilities involved strategic scenario elaboration and management of M&A activities. Prior to Autogrill, Laddaga worked as an Associate at E. Capital Partners and completed an internship at Borsa Italiana. With a Business Economics degree from Università Bocconi and a solid educational foundation from Liceo Scientifico, Laddaga has proven expertise in financial management, corporate finance, and strategic planning.
