Anne Shaughnessy

Anne Shaughnessy is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Director and Associate General Counsel at Cerberus Capital Management since March 2018, where Anne has also held several other key roles including Senior Vice President, Vice President, and Assistant Vice President, all within the legal domain. Prior to this, Anne worked as an Investment Management Associate at Schulte Roth & Zabel LLP from October 2014 to February 2018, and gained valuable experience as a Summer Associate at the same firm in 2013. An internship at the US Securities and Exchange Commission's Division of Enforcement in 2012 and various legal internships, including one at Centerbridge Partners, added to Anne's robust legal background.
