James Sinfield Ciwfm

James Sinfield CIWFM is an experienced facilities management professional currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Head of EMEA & APAC Workplace at Cerberus Capital Management since April 2018. Prior to this role, James held the position of Director of Facilities at Portigon AG for 17 years, where responsibilities included overseeing all hard and soft services for a large multi-tenanted facility and managing a departmental team. James also served as Space Planning Manager at WestLB, where the focus was on managing space and moves within a large international banking environment. Earlier experience includes working as a Design Engineer at Protech Food Systems, specializing in detailed AutoCAD designs and project management of factory conveyor systems. James holds a BIFM Part 1 Qualification and is currently pursuing BIFM Level 5.
