Kevin Dowdell

Kevin Dowdell is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in capital formation, public health consulting, and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Managing Director at Cerberus Capital Management since February 2023, Kevin also holds advisory roles at Fitz Gate Ventures and the Wharton Club of National Capital Region. Prior experience includes leading Dalya Partners as Managing Director, where significant contributions were made during the COVID-19 pandemic, including project management for a vaccine developer and the creation of a COVID-19 self-diagnostic app in collaboration with Apple. Kevin's background includes leadership roles with the United States Tennis Association and Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Washington DC, as well as co-founding the Montgomery TennisPlex. With an MBA from The Wharton School and a BSE from Princeton University, Kevin has honed a diverse skill set in public health strategy, risk management, and business development.
