Marjan Firouzgar

Marjan Firouzgar is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in private equity and consulting. Currently serving as Vice President at Cerberus Capital Management since March 2021, Marjan previously held various roles at McKinsey & Company from October 2015 to February 2021, including Expert in Strategy & Corporate Finance - Transactions and Engagement Manager. Prior experience includes a Senior Associate position at Elm Grove Partners, a private equity fund, and a stint as a Yale Legal Scholar within Goldman Sachs' Legal Department. Marjan's educational background includes a Doctor of Law and an MBA from Yale Law School and Yale School of Management, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Physics from Yale University. Additionally, Marjan participated in a Junior Term Abroad program at the University of Oxford and received an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International School of Geneva - La Chataigneraie.
