Neha Santiago

Neha Santiago is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate private credit and investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Real Estate Private Credit at Cerberus Capital Management since May 2020, Neha previously held the position of Managing Director at Goldman Sachs from February 2012 to May 2020, focusing on real estate merchant banking. Additionally, Neha has held various roles including Vice President at H/2 Capital Partners and Scout Capital, and Associate at Lehman Brothers, among others. Neha holds an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from The Wharton School and a BS in Business from Cornell University.
