Terence Byrne

Mr. Byrne is a Managing Director of Cerberus European Servicing Advisors Iberia S.L.U. (“CES”), the Firm’s proprietary asset management, property management, and loan servicing platform. CES supports Cerberus’ investments in real estate-owned assets, platform investments, and non-performing loan (NPL) portfolios across Europe.

Prior to joining Cerberus in 2015, Mr. Byrne worked for Hudson Advisors Ireland Limited helping to establish their distressed debt advisory platform in Dublin. He was part of Hudson Advisors’ Loan Asset Management Group and was responsible for the work out of a number of large NPL portfolios acquired by Lone Star Funds.

From 2001 to 2012, Mr. Byrne worked for the Irish Bank Resolution Corporation in Dublin, where he held a number of roles, specifically involved in the establishment of the Group Recovery Unit and subsequent work out of the non-performing loan portfolios.

Mr. Byrne graduated from University College Dublin.
