Richard Ingrassia

Richard Ingrassia has over 20 years of professional experience in finance, investment banking, and consulting. Richard began their career in 1997 as an Analyst for SNL Financial, formerly Paul Kagan Associates. In 2000, they joined PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Associate/Consultant. In 2002, they became a Senior Research Analyst for Roth Capital Partners, where they supported more than $2 billion in equity capital market transactions. In 2013, they became the Managing Director of Digital Offering LLC, a boutique investment bank. In 2016, Ingrassia became the Acting CEO of Hash Finance and an Adjunct Professor of Equity Research & Investing and Creating New Ventures courses at Concordia University Irvine's Graduate School of Business. In 2018, they became the Managing Partner of Wheelhouse Digital Studios LLC, and in 2017, the Acting CFO of Atlas Reality, Inc.

Richard Ingrassia received their Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Notre Dame in 1987. Richard then went on to earn their Master of Science in Journalism, with a concentration in Publishing, from Northwestern University in 1994.
