Sandra Douglass Morgan

Sandra Douglass Morgan is the Director of Cerberus Sentinel and a former Member of the Board of Directors of Caesars Entertainment. Sandra has also served as Of Counsel at Covington & Burling LLP, where they have led and managed regulatory, investigatory, cybersecurity, and litigation matters. In addition, Morgan has represented gaming companies – including integrated resorts and casinos, game manufacturers, social gaming companies, and payments processors – on a wide range of matters. Prior to their work in the private sector, Morgan served as the Chairwoman of the Nevada Gaming Control Board and Commissioner of the Nevada Gaming Commission. In these roles, they were responsible for regulating the gaming industry in Nevada and ensuring compliance with state gaming laws. Morgan also served as the Director of External Affairs for AT&T and as the City Attorney for the City of North Las Vegas.

Sandra Douglass Morgan attended the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, William S. Boyd School of Law, where they received their Juris Doctor. Sandra also attended the University of Nevada, Reno, where they received their B.A. in Political Science and Communication.
