Ian Butteriss is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in application support and customer technical support. Currently serving as a Senior Application Support Engineer at Cerberus since January 2019, Ian specializes in customer-facing support for Cerberus FTP Server, facilitating secure managed file transfers for various organizations. Previously, as a Principal Technical Support Engineer at Oracle Corporation from March 2011 to November 2018, Ian provided technical support for Oracle Cloud SaaS solutions, addressing 1st and 2nd tier customer cases. Ian's career also includes roles as a Client Services Account Manager at Art Technology Group and Software and Services Tech Support Manager at Innovectra Corporation, in addition to experience as a Research Analyst at Synxis. Ian holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Social Science in International/Global Studies from the University of Birmingham.
