Kamran G. has extensive experience in the fields of cell and molecular biology, genetics, and biotechnology. Kamran started their career as a Lecturer at Kashan University in 1993 and held various positions in different prestigious institutions thereafter. In 1999, they were a Postdoctoral Researcher at Kyushu University and worked on scientific projects funded by the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science and Japan Science and Technology Agency. From 2006 to 2020, they served as a Principal Scientist and a Directory Board Member at Royan Institute. Between 2005 and 2022, they were a faculty member at the University of Isfahan, where they held the positions of Assistant, Associate, and eventually Professor of Cell and Molecular Biology. Simultaneously, they had visiting professor roles at Bilkent University, CABIMER, and Kyushu University. In 2022, they joined Cercacor Laboratories as a Senior Biologics Product Development Scientist, and before that, they worked as a Scientific Consultant at Strateos for four months. In between, they held a Postdoctoral Scientist position at MilliporeSigma.
Kamran G. earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Isfahan in 1989. In 1990, they attended Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and earned their Master's Degree in Clinical Biochemistry. Kamran then went on to study at Kyushu University in 1995, where they became a non-degree student studying Japanese language and culture. The following year, in 1996, they continued their education at Kyushu University and earned their Doctor of Science degree in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology in 1999.
