Afroza Ahmed

Afroza Ahmed has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the technology and data analytics field. Afroza is currently the Head of Information Technology at Cercano Management, where they are responsible for overseeing IT operations. Previously, they worked at Thrivent as the Director of Data Analytics and Insights and as the IT Director for Enterprise Data Services. Afroza also has a background in healthcare technology, having worked at Medtronic as an IT Manager and Technical Lead/Principal DBA. Prior to that, they gained experience at IBM Global Services as a Team Lead and at Honeywell as a Senior Consultant. Throughout their career, Afroza has demonstrated expertise in providing technical guidance, managing teams, and implementing new technologies to improve processes.

Afroza Ahmed, MS has a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from the University of St. Thomas. Afroza also completed a program in Exceptional Leadership at St. Norbert College in 2017-2018. Additionally, Afroza holds a certification in ITIL.
