Frank W. Yuen

Frank is a CerCis board member overseeing operations, actively participating in corporate business strategy, policy and implementation. Frank has advised both public and commercial enterprises enabling successful business and product innovation.

The publishers of Law & Politics and San Francisco Magazine lists Mr. Yuen for 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2011 & 2012 as a “Super Lawyer” for Northern California, a distinction given to less than 5% of attorneys.

Mr. Yuen has taught classes for attorneys on the subjects of Limited Liability Company and Partnership planning for a National Business Institute and Estate Administration with Wealth Counsel, LLC.

Frank is a California State Bar Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate (one of 48 in San Francisco in 2010) attorney practicing in San Francisco. He received a B.A. in International Business and Political Science from California State University at San Francisco. Mr. Yuen was a nationally selected Coro Fellow in Public Affairs (1972) for Northern California. Mr. Yuen received an M.A. in Urban Studies from Occidental College and a J.D.-M.B.A. (Taxation), and LL.M. in Taxation from Golden Gate University. Mr. Yuen was admitted to the State Bar of California for the practice of Law in 1977.
