Francine Ruellan

Francine Ruellan is an accomplished professional in ethics and compliance, currently serving as a member of the ethics committee at Forward Global and as a consultant in organizational ethics at Nord_Cot since September 2023. As a founding member and ethics committee member of Cercle K2, Ruellan contributes to a multidisciplinary think tank that assists public and private decision-makers in navigating economic risks. Additionally, Ruellan is a founding member and secretary of the Comité Jupille, dedicated to promoting the work of artist Raymond Jupille. Previous roles include vice president of the Cercle d’Éthique des Affaires, responsible for ethics and compliance at La Française des Jeux, and holding various legal positions, including lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Paris. Ruellan holds multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including the Ecole de formation du Barreau de Paris and the Institut National des Hautes Etudes de la Sécurité et de la Justice.
