Jean Tillinac

Jean Tillinac is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in risk management, communication strategy, and innovation in civic technology. Currently serving as an Associate at DGM Conseil since November 2022, Jean is also a co-founder and board member of Cercle K2 and Civic Fab, both focused on addressing organizational risks and fostering disruptive innovation in e-government, respectively. Previous roles include Partner at Avisa Partners, Founder and CEO of Antidox, and Advisor to the Minister at the French Ministry of Relations with the Parliament.
