Youness Laamiri

Youness Laamiri currently serves as Operational Excellence Manager at SAFRAN, leading the deployment of the One SAFRAN approach within the Roche la Molière Center of Industrial Excellence. Previously held roles include Operational Excellence Manager at SPIE Nucléaire, where Youness directed Lean tools deployment and cross-functional projects, and Founder & CEO at Black Belt Consulting, specializing in management consulting and Lean Six Sigma. Additional experience includes Performance and HSQE Manager at Groupe Managem and Senior Consultant at Accelinn, where Youness optimized business processes for clients. Youness holds an Executive MBA from EDHEC Business School and a PhD in optronics and radiofrequency from Université Savoie Mont Blanc, complemented by various Lean Six Sigma certifications.
