Tia Tibbitts Levinson

Tia Tibbitts Levinson currently serves as the Director of Development and Public Relations at Cerebral Palsy of Westchester since July 2018. With a longstanding commitment to dance education, Tia has been teaching ballet and modern dance at Dance For Joy since 2002, instructing students from ages 3 to adult. Prior experience includes roles as Business Manager and PR and Circulation Manager for In Tune Partners LLC and Westchester Media from April 2007 to July 2018, and Managing Director at Susan Marshall & Company/Dance Continuum Inc. from 1997 to 2006, where responsibilities included fundraising, grant writing, and international tour management. Tia also held the position of Managing Director at DTW - Dance Theater Workshop from 1988 to 1997, overseeing operations and fiscal controls. Tia holds a BFA in Ballet from Texas Christian University and an MA in Interdisciplinary Arts Education from Columbia College Chicago.
