Lea H, Ph.D, LMHC, NCC, is a Senior UX Researcher and UX Research Manager at Year Up since 2022, focusing on enhancing user-informed design practices and data-driven insights. Concurrently, Lea serves as a licensed mental health counselor and psychotherapist at Cerebral, while previously contributing as a user experience researcher for various organizations, including Mentor Me Collective and the University of Central Florida.
