Paola Claros

Paola Claros is an accomplished Engineering Manager with extensive experience leading technical teams and overseeing multiple domains such as Insurance, Subscriptions, Payments, and Platforms at Cerebral since May 2022. Previously, in a similar role at Liaison International, Paola managed team roadmaps and prioritized tasks that enhanced reporting and performance. Prior to these managerial positions, Paola served as a Software Engineer at TargetX and Seasoned, where notable contributions included developing a label and envelope template builder and creating an online community platform for the hospitality industry. Paola's mentorship experience at Techtonica and involvement as a Learning Facilitator for Girls Who Code demonstrates a commitment to nurturing future talent in technology.
